Beachwalker Park is the only public access point to Kiawah Island’s 10-mile beach. The beach is consistently ranked among the best in the country, with wide, clean sand, excellent shelling, and loggerhead sea turtle nesting from May through August. On the back side of the island, the marsh creeks offer excellent kayaking.
