Sadlers Creek is a small, quiet state park on a peninsula jutting into Lake Hartwell near Anderson. It does not have the name recognition of Table Rock or Devils Fork, and that is exactly the point. If you want lakeside camping without fighting for a reservation, Sadlers Creek is your spot.
The park has tent and RV sites on the lake with water views from several sites. A boat ramp provides access to Hartwell for fishing and paddling. The lake here is wide and open, good for bass fishing in the coves and kayaking along the shoreline on calm days.
